Afternoon,

Units at the suggested block are built in 1970. As their age is more than 40 years, selling price will be hard to estimate. This is given the fact that buyers cannot utilize the air CPF monies to the max. The buyers themselves will also have an issue selling the unit in the future as the valuation of the unit might depreciate.

Blk 100 Commonwealth is about 46 years, selling prices can be difficult to estimate as buyers can't use full CPF and loan due to hdb policies, but the last transacted was a low floor 3-rm unit 59sqm at about 300k last July 2015.

May I understand what are your plans like? Thanks and hope to have more details of your requirements so to make better recommendations.
